It’s my great pleasure to thank Almighty and congratulate all the IBA Kuwait members for organizing such a wonderful event. As a Physical Education Teacher as well as a sports enthusiast, I was little late to the field of basketball. In my school days and college days, I focused on other games like Football, Volleyball, Cricket, Badminton, Hockey etc.. When I reached Kuwait, IBA Tournament 2023 was my first ever event where I shown my interest to learn the rules, tactics and the game of Basketball. In response to my interest, DK Dileep sir supported me a lot in handling the score sheet and officials table. In IBA Tournament 2024, it was a great pleasure for me to be the part of the UIS team and to learn team strategies under guidance of Sibi Kurian sir. I assure that it’s not an easy task to organize such a wonderful event with the participation of more than eight hundred school team players and hundreds of professional players. From the moment of inauguration till the end of closing ceremony, the members of IBA shown their sportsmanship and hospitality. I would like to convey my message to all the IBA members that this mega event should be continued and I assure my greatest support and presence in the upcoming endeavors of IBA, Kuwait.
